LCD Soundsystem - Someone Great

---------------When albums are given five stars or at least an eight out of ten rating in magazines or music sites, there's usually some speculation as to what record exec paid off which CEO to get the album into good graces. LCD Soundsystem probably didn't have to do too much, however, with an exceptional release entitled This is Happening.

LCD formed in New York by dance-punk label cofounder James Murphy. Murphy's fear of never amounting to the status of New York now-legends The Strokes and competing against four Columbia grads ends with the nearly perfect, This is Happening. Check out "Someone Great" and "Daft Punk is Playing at My House."
