Through Porchlight - Hallway Light
-------------------A band from Charlotte, North Carolina is hardly ever categorized as Dutch/French/Canadian pop. But Trough Porchlight has no problem with this self-dubbed genre, and why would they? Their fresh take on indie rock includes the sax stylings of Owen Eddy of the Funkquistadors and the unusual moans of Tyler Bertges. Hallway Light guides a vulnerable listener to the light with a mellow tambourine rythem and cool vocals. Today, Through Porchlight is illuminating the studio, but you can check out their songs on Myspace.
